How do you know what ChatGPT or Gemini says about my product?
We ask each engine your buyer questions through its official API (your top questions daily, the rest weekly) and store the full answers. Starter tracks ChatGPT and Gemini; Pro adds Claude and a weekly live-web check. You can open every answer we used, so nothing is a black box.
AI answers change every time. Isn't this data noisy?
Yes, single answers vary. That's why we re-ask every question on a schedule, show the model version next to each answer, and chart trends instead of judging one response. A failed or skipped run is shown as 'no data', never as 'not mentioned'.
Will this improve my rankings in AI answers?
Not by itself, and nobody can honestly guarantee that. What it does is show you which questions you're missing, which competitors win them, and which pages the engines cite, so you know what to write or fix.
